Sleeping twelve in six beautifully furnished bedrooms, the property wraps you in warmth from the moment you arrive. For Christmas stays, the house (a former public house) is fully decorated, complete with a tree, garlands, wreaths and festive touches throughout that make your celebrations feel truly special.
The grand dining room, complete with one of Derbyshire’s largest historic stone fireplaces, sets the scene for unforgettable Christmas feasts. The twelve-seater table ensures everyone can gather together, and it even converts into a snooker table for festive games.
The spacious living room offers another stunning fireplace, perfect for curling up with mulled wine, opening presents or watching films by the fire.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. There is a front and a back door. The back door leads directly to the garden, hot tub and parking area.
