What are your booking conditions?
Your payment option will be collected upon reservation to secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 7 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 7 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of £100-£300. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
We currently operate a Covid-Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions we will give you the opportunity to book a date in the future or we will cancel your booking and refund the full amount.

Do you allow pets?
Yes we do! Well-behaved pets are welcome to stay and free of charge!
What baby and toddler equipment do you have in the rental?
We offer 100% family-friendly holiday accommodation. We love welcoming families with babies, toddlers and small or not so small children! On-site we provide a toddler’s high chair, cots, and stair guards. We are set up for fun with a selection of books, games and toys.
Do you offer a meal delivery service?
There are a lot of meal delivery services near our guesthouses and yurts you can choose from. We have the best suggestions that you can find from our personalized guidebook.
Arrivals & Departures
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate an earlier check-in or a later check-out.
If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
